Alderman McRoy made a motion that the bill of R.C.Frambers & Co. for a Specia bill (Audit for the Water Department, amounting to $100.00, be referred.to the Water dommitte Of $100.01" power to act, and that the Council accept the,,oral offer of M.H.Bell'to cancel coni (erred of R.C.Frambers & Copp for the 1942 Audit for all Ilepar#nents of the City, this motion 4 o seconded by alderman Sanders, and on roll call by the Clerk, the following vote was reco ter Cyn, Ayes: Banks, Gregory Hosford, McRo , Sanders, Shook and Stubblefield.Naya None alderman Bronson. There being no further business, alderman Hosford.moved to adjourn, seconds by'alderman MCRoy; which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Council adjourned.
