The following bills were presented for expenses that had accrued in Gonne
with the City Airport Bond Issue.:

made a motion that these bills be allowed, seconded by alderman Bronson, which received
unanimous vote of the Council.
The follwing reports for the month of October was presented by the Clerk: Hen y Ge ge,
as Building Inspector and as Acting Chief of the Fire Departmient,, Roy Nis as Sewer 8'ery
Collector, Myr.1 Maffield, as Cashier of the Water Department; J.W.McGehee as Collector
as City Clerk, alderman Gregory made7a motion that the reports be received and filed,
seconded by alderman Hosford, which was passed unanimously by the Council*
A lgtter from M.H.Bell.of Frambers & Co. was presented by the Clerk, in
which Mr.Bell askedr.permission to appear before the-bounoil at the regular meeting of t
Council November 16th, after discussion, it was agreed that it would agreeable for Mr B
to appear before the Council at that time, and rhe Clerk was instructed to notify Mr.$e
to that affect;
There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn, secon
by alderman Gregory, which was duly passed by the Council, amd the Mayer declared the
Council adjourned• `%

Alderman Stubblefield made a motion that the bills be alldwed, as appeoved, seconded by
alderman Banks, which was regularly passed by the Council*
The report of V.James Ptak, as Municipal Judge for the City, for the month of
October., was presented by the Clerk* alderman Gregory made a motiobn j<hat the report be
received and filed, seconded by aldermgn Bronson, which was passed unanimously by the
Council.
The Mayor called to the attention of the Council that a meeting of the Arkans,
Municipal LeaguEwould be held in Little Rock, November 17th & 18th, -alderman Hosford mad,
a motion that a %committee consisting of'the Mayor, City Attorney'and at least one aldermn
be authorized to attend this meeting, seconded by alderman Banka, which was passed unanii
by the Council.

R.C.Frambers .-_ R Cr.Frambers and M.H.Bell of the Firm of Frambers & Co., of Ft.Smith,
& appeared before the Council•
M.H.Bell Alderman Hosford made a motion that the Council go into executive session,
before seconded by alderman Banks, which was passed unanimously, and the Mayor deolared the Cc
Council oil in executive session# after discussion of various administrative matters, alderman
Sanders moved to go out of executive session, seconded by alderman Stubblefield, which
passed unanimously by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Council in regular sessia

bill (Audit for the Water Department, amounting to $100.00, be referred.to the Water aommitte
