V Alderman Stubblefield made a motion that the bills be alldwed, as appeoved, seconded by alderman Banks, which was regularly passed by the Council* The report of V.James Ptak, as Municipal Judge for the City, for the month of October., was presented by the Clerk* alderman Gregory made a motiobn j<hat the report be received and filed, seconded by aldermgn Bronson, which was passed unanimously by the Council. The Mayor called to the attention of the Council that a meeting of the Arkans, Municipal LeaguEwould be held in Little Rock, November 17th & 18th, -alderman Hosford mad, a motion that a %committee consisting of'the Mayor, City Attorney'and at least one aldermn be authorized to attend this meeting, seconded by alderman Banka, which was passed unanii by the Council. $25.00 I Alderman Bronson made a motion that a warrant -for $25.00, be issued to t allowed IU. R.C.Frambers .-_ R Cr.Frambers and M.H.Bell of the Firm of Frambers & Co., of Ft.Smith, & appeared before the Council• M.H.Bell Alderman Hosford made a motion that the Council go into executive session, before seconded by alderman Banks, which was passed unanimously, and the Mayor deolared the Cc Council oil in executive session# after discussion of various administrative matters, alderman Sanders moved to go out of executive session, seconded by alderman Stubblefield, which passed unanimously by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Council in regular sessia rambers &' Co. Alderman MoRoy made a motion that the bill of R.C.Frambers & Co. for a Speol bill (Audit for the Water Department, amounting to $100.00, be referred.to the Water aommitte of $100.0"ith power to act, and that the Council accept the,,oral offer of M.H.Bell to cancel con (erred lof R.C.Frambers & Co., for the 1942 Audit for all bepar#ments of the City, this motion o seconded by alderman Sandera# and -on roll call by the Clerk, the following vote was ree ter Com• Ayyes: Banks, Gregory Hosford, MoRo , Sandera, Shook and Stubblefield.Nays None.
