ITY �TREET CLEANING DEPARTMENT be abolished, and a, CITY SANITATION DEPARTMENT be established
o provide for STREET CLEANING, and the disposal of CANS, TRASH abd all other REFUSE,
ANITATIONexcept GARBAGE, this motion was seconded by alderman Stubblef iold,and on roll call by th
stablish �lerk, received the following vote: Ayes; Bronson, Banks, Gregory, Hosford,McRoy and Stu
d� Field: Naysa Shook. Absent and not voting: Alderman Sanders. And the Mayor declared
