Committee Alderman Gregory made a motion that the Mayor appoint a committee of 3
to work to work with the County Sanitarian and City Attorney in formulating a plan for thr col-

Bkin Sanitation program and a derman Sanders made a motion that Mr $oykin be authorized to
to spend spend upto 025.00,. with the amount that has accumulated in this fund, since
Jp25.00 Mr.Boykin took over the office, by reason of his not accepting this amount as salary, as
ppr Moo had been done by his predecessor, this motion was seconded by alderman Banks, and was
passed unanimously by the Council';
Aldefman McRoy moved to go into executive session, seconded by alderman
Sanders, which was passed unanimously by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Council
in executive session, after discussion of various administrative matters, alderman McKoy
moved to go out of executive session, secoded by alderman Banks, which was passed unan-
imously by the Council* and the Mayor declardd the Council 6n regular session;

Council and asked the suspension of the LICENSE FEES for a carnival to be held in July,

py alderman Banks, and on roll call by the Clerk, the following vote resulted: Ayes;
aanks, Hosford and Sanders. Nays: Bronson, McRoy, Shook and Stubblefi6eld. And the Mayor
eclared the request refused, as there were 4 Nays, and 3 Ayes.

or mitted to have one carnival this season, and since there were so many complaints from prp
erty owners and residents adjacent to the site used for the carnival, that the Council wou
F'W. not waive the license fees.
Alderman McRoy made a motion torauthorize the WATER COMMITTEE to increase they
kTER amount. of water allowed for the minimum rate of $1.02, from 1,000 gallons, to 2,000 galFlons,
INIMUM during the months of July, August and September, in order to provide additional water for
wised sprinkling purposes, this motion was seconded by alderman Gregory,and was passed unanimisly
