Nays: Bronson, McRoy, Shook and Stubblefi6eld. And the Mayor eclared the request refused, as there were 4 Nays, and 3 Ayes. Alderman McRoy made a motion torauthorize the WATER COMMITTEE to increase they kTER amount. of water allowed for the minimum rate of $1.02, from 1,000 gallons, to 2,000 galFlons, INIMUM during the months of July, August and September, in order to provide additional water for wised sprinkling purposes, this motion was seconded by alderman Gregory,and was passed unanimisly to by the Council'.
