ayetteville City Council met in regular session, Monday, May 18th, 1942o
resent: mayor Geo.Vaughan, City Clerk .J.W.McGehee, City Attorney Price Dickson, City
.T.Brown, Building Inspector Henry George, Police Chief Dan Allen, aldermen; Bronson,
regory, Hosf6rd, McRoy Sanders, Shook and Stubblefield.
Minutes of the regular meeting of May 11th, were read and approved.

Z.T.Boykin, County Sanitarian presented the names of four SUB CONTRACTORS, for
abbish disposal, for the purpose of speeding up the campaign of cleaning up the City, an

Mr.Boykin also told the Council that a Missouri Milk Co.was selling buttermilk
ayetteville without•a permit, and suggested that the Council decide whether they wanted

The Clerk read a letter from the Budd Post Company to the Fire Department, e
ck for $50.00, and expressing their appreciation to the Fire Departmant for the of
ces rendered at a recent fire at Budd Post Co. Mills,
Police Chief Dan Allen asked the'Council for an expression of their wishes
it regard to continuance of the Police Department answering calls out side the City,
