Alderman Shook made a motion to go into executive session, seconded by alderman
Banks, which was passed unanimously by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Council i1n
executive session, after discussion of various administrative matters, alderman Bronson)
moved to go out of executive session, secoded by alderman Sanders, which was passed unanimously
by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Council th regular session,

The protest of Dr.W.J.Baerg, relative to the 1941 Assessment on his property in
clock 70 Lots 1 & 2, in $nnex No.l to Sewer Improvement District mo. 1, was read by the
lerk, and after discussion, alderman Sanders made a motion that Dr.gaerg be notified that
its protest had been filed -too late for the Council to consider,and that his letter would be
referred to the,Board of Assessorsfor theirconsideration when they make their next assess-
ient, this motion was seconded by alderman Banks, and was passed unanimously the Council;
