Alder.;c.n Sanders made a motion that the Mayor contact the different Ci.vic
0r17dniza.tions of the City and requst them to send at least 1 member from their body to
attend the meeting of the Highray Commission at Little Rock to Stress the necessity of
PvOJECTS on Highway 71, mentioned in the Resolution passed by the Council January 26th,
this :notion was seconded by alderrean Htubblefield, and was passed unanimously by the
Council:
The question of disposal of STRAY AN11AIS came up for discussion, and alder-
aregory made a motion that the disposal of all Stray animals _uhich had been handled by
en assistant sanitary officer) be turned over to the Police epartment, this motion pas
seconded by alderman Saenders, and •::as passed unanireously by t;:e Council:
There being no further busineso, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn,seconcled
by ^ldon:.an Hosford, aMch was duly passed by the Council, and .the I.Iay1r• decirred bile
