except those directly used in Civillian Pilot Training Courses. Unti further instruction
,you are instructed to investigate and hold ifnecessar-y any airc^oft landing on the Airpo

publicly owned. Particularly, private planes landing shomld be held grounded until authority
for their right to proceed is proven. It is your especial duty to investigate and report

passed, as there were 7 Ayes, and 1 Nay;.
