Alderman Brohson made a motion that the bills be allowed, as apnroued, seconded by alder
man Banks, which was regularly passed by the Council-.
With reference to the Police Radio, Police Chief Dan Allen stated that he had

been informed by the Federal Communications Commission, that they would not give per -

mission to install a 100 Katt Station unless the City and the County would sign a workv

ing agreement and send in with the application,and stated that an agreement had been

prepared, which he thought would be agreeable to the City and County, and after reading

Alderman McRoy made a motion That the Bills be allowed, as approved, seconded by alder-
man Bronson, which was regularly passed by the Council:
car The question of expenses allowed representatives when sent on City Business,
allowance came up for discussion, and alderman Hosford made a motion that 5 per mile be allowdd
for.City for use of car when representative is sent on business out of town pertaining to City
i epre- affairs, and that it be retroactive to include car expense of Price Dickson on trip to
sentative Little Rock to attend Ark. Municipal League meeting VovembBr 17 -18th, this motion was
seconded by alderman McRoy and was passed unanimously by the Council.
Oct P.epor s The Clerk read the reports of V.James Ptak as Idluhicipal Judge for the month of
I October for the City and for the County, alderman Sanders made a motion that the reports
be received and filed, seconded by alderman Banks, which was passed unanimously by the
.Judae Council.

Mrs.C.D.Atkinson and Mrs R.A.Leflar were present, as visitors, representing
THE LEAGUE OF WOIe1EN VOTERS, and stated that they had no request to make, but ,just wanted
to watch the proceedings of the Council in action.
There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn, seconded
by alderman Bronson, which was duly passed by the Council, and the &Ipyor declared the
Council adjourned:-
