alderman Bronson made a motion that the bills be allowed, as approved, seconded by ald-
erman Banks, which was regularly passed by the Council':
rs. Mils p bars. Virginia Milsap was present, and made a complainjt about the condition
mplaint of her Driveway, after the widening of East Dickson Street, alderman Gregory made a
bout motion that the matter be referred to the Street Committee and the City Engineer, with
iveway power to act, this motion was seconded -by alderman Banks, and was passed unanimously
by the Council.
There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn, seconded
by alderman Sgnders, which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared the
Council adjourned.

Alderman Bronson made a motion that the bills be ahlowed, as approved, secondd by
lderman Stubblefield, which was regularly passed by the Council;
The bill for printing Cards and receipt Books to be used in the collection of TIN
NS & Garbage was presented, and alderrian Sanders made a motion that it be referred tp
e Garlgage Committee to confer with Mr Ward, and see if he would pay all, or at least
rt of it. This motion was seconded by alderman McRoy, and was passed unanimously by

Chief of Police, Dan Allen was present amd presented the September report
*the Police Department, alderman McRoy made a motion that the report be received and
led, seconded by alderman Hosford, and was pa ssed unanimously by the Councils
