Virginia Milsap was present, and made a complainjt about the condition mplaint of her Driveway, after the widening of East Dickson Street, alderman Gregory made a bout motion that the matter be referred to the Street Committee and the City Engineer, with iveway power to act, this motion was seconded -by alderman Banks, and was passed unanimously by the Council. This motion was seconded by alderman McRoy, and was passed unanimously by .e Council: Chief of Police, Dan Allen was present amd presented the September report *the Police Department, alderman McRoy made a motion that the report be received and led, seconded by alderman Hosford, and was pa ssed unanimously by the Councils fled T#ere being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn, seconded y alderman Banks, which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Coun• it adjourned.
