Fayetteville City Council met in regular session, Mondays Sept 29th, 1941.

City Engineer E.T.Brown, and aldermen so Bronson, Banks, regory, Hosford, McRoy, §anders,
Shook and Stubblefield;
Minutes of, the reguar meeting of September 22nd, were read and approved.
The f ollwing biller weue presented, after their apprdval by alderman Hosford,
chairman of the auditing committee:

alderman Bronson made a motion that the bills be allowed, as approved, seconded by ald-
erman Danks, which was regularly passed by the Council.

cgmplaint of her Driveway, after the widening of East Dickson Street, alderman Gregory made a
about motion that the matter be referred to the Street Committee and the City Engineer, with
.1iveway power to act, this motion was seconded -by alderman Banks, and was passed unanimously
by the Council.
There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn, seconded
by alderman Sgnders, which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared the
Council adjourned.

Bill I The bill for printing Cards and receipt Books to be used in the collection of TIN
referred ANS & Garbage was presented, and alderman Sanders made a motion that it be referred tp
To the Gar§age Committee to confer with Mr Ward, and see if he would pay all, or at least
Garbage )art of it. This motion was seconded by alderman McRoy, and was passed unanimously by
Committee the Council:
Chief of Police, Dan Allen was present and presented the September report
