Mr.C.D.Atkinson appeared before the Council with a PETITION to close the Alley

o�nmissioner in this District, seconded by alderman Shook, which was passed unanimously

seconded by alderman Hosford, which was passed pnanimously by the Council.
There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to ddjourn, seconded by
