July and August, alderman Sanders made a motion that the reports be received and filed,
seconded by alderman Hosford, which was passed pnanimously by the Council.
There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to ddjourn, seconded by
alderman Hosford, which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Counc
