The lack of a Qourem was noted, and alderman McRoy moved to adjourn till Tuesday Night
at 8 O'C1ock,.September 2nd, 1941, this motion was seconded by alderman Hosford, and w,
passed unanimously by the Council, and the Mayor declared the CounAl adjourned till
