Vaughan, City Clerk J.W.McGehee, City Attorney Price Dickson., Aldermen: Bronson, Banks, Gregory, Hosford, Sanders, Shook and Stubblefield. Absent: alderman McRoy. I , Alderman Banks made a motion to suspend the regular order of business, seconded by alderman Stubblefield, which was passed unanimously by the Council. Alderman Stubblefield introduced the following RESOLUTION and moved its adoption, seconded by alderman Bronson, and on roll call by the Clerk, the following vote was recorded : Ayes; Bronson, Banks, Gregory, Hosford,Sanders, Shook and Stihbhle- field. Absent and not voting: alderman McRoy. And the Mayor declared adopted, as there were 7 Ayes, and no Nays. RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas; that the City Water Plant accept the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS of T.R.Oberman & CQ 1. The City Water Plant agrees to install four additional lavatories as per Blue print furnished, when and as needed. 2. The City Water P1antPagr es whenever the number of people in building requires for safety measures, to install fire escapes to building as recommended by City Fire Department. 3. The City Water shall keep said building in a good state of repair, except that the Company shall take care of all minor repairs and such repairs as may become necessary by reason of the negligence of the Company, its Agents,Servants and Employees. Passed and approted this 22nd day of May, 1941.
