The Mayor presented the matter of the Masonic Lodge wanting to erect an Electric Sign in front of the City Administration Building,and alderman Sanders made a motion that the matter be referred to the Building committee, with power to act, this motion was seconded by alderman Peal, and was passed unanimously by the Council.
