Absent and not voting, Uregory. The Clerk then read the Ordinance the third and final time. The Mayor then put the question "Shall the Ordinance pass" and on roll call by the Clerk, the following vote resulted; Ayes Bronson, Hosford, Peal, Sanders and shook. :.Nays; Carter and Ucker. Absent and not voting, Gregory, and the Mayor decla passetY as there were five ayes and two nays.
