Nays, None and the &Iayor declared , passed, as there Ayes. and no Nays-0- 0 ays; 0 R D I N A N C E N 0. 5-3-6-„ AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE LICENSE FOR OPEPATION OF BOWLING ALLEYS IN CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Fayetteville: SECTION 1. The annual license or tax for the privilege df operating bowling, lleys within the City of Fayeteville, Arkansas, shall be Fiftee Dollars (015.00) per lley per year, which tax shal due and payable on January 1st, 1940, and on the first f January each succeeding year thereafter. SECTION 2. The penalties now prescribed by the Ordinances of. the City of ayetteviile for failure to pay said license shall apply to the failure to pay license n bowling alleys. SECTION 3.
