Fayetteville City Council met in regular session, I,:onday, November 6th, 1939.
Present: Mayor, A,D.IvIcAllister, City Clerk, J.W.I,IcGehee, City Attorney, Price Dickson,
City Engineer, E.T.Brovin, aldermen.: Bronson, Carter, Gregory, Hosford, Peal, Sanders,
Shook and Ucker. ,
The following bills were presented, after their approval by alderman Peal,

Alderman Sanders moved to go into executive session, seconded by alderman
Shook, which was passed unanimously by the Council, after discussion of various administ a-
tive matters, alderman Hosford moved to go out of executive session,seconded by alderma,
Bronson, which was regularly passed by the Council, and the LTayor declared the Council iln
regular session.
There being no further business , alderman Bronson moved to adjourn, seconded
by alderman Shook, which was duly passed by Council, and the Mayor declared the Council
adjourned.
