Dan Allen appeared beforebthe Council and presented a request that a street
between Ozark And Garland be 1§d6X6RX opened, graded and graveled, Alderman Gregory made
a motion that the request be referred to the Street d'ommittee for investigation, and
report back to $rhe Council, seconded by alderman Peal, which was passed unanimously
by the Council.

assessment of the Frisco R.R.Co. in street Improvement District No.47, after discussion
It was -decided for the committee previously appointed to represent the a0uncil meet
with the Commissioners of improvement District 11o.47 and the City Attornezrto endeavor
to work out an adjustment of the protests that had been filed.

Ivan Mayes and Roy Scott, commissioners of,Qollege Avenue Improvement District
No.l,also of Annex Noel to Souts�.1lege Avenue Improvement District Noel were present
and presented the final report 6 allege Avenue Improvement District Noel and offered•
their resignation as'Commissioners of Annex Noel toS,College Ave Improvement District No.l
to become effective as soon as their successors were appointed and approved by the Coun

seconded by alderman Shook, which was duly passed by the Council.
The proposition of collecting Meat License wq_s brought up for discussion
and the Mayor stated that Dr.Turner had agreed to make regular inspections of the
Meat Markets, and it was decided to collect the license for the year 1939.

corner of Center and Church Streets, but was informed that it would be in comflict
