NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, A SECTION I. That said frame warehtuse building located on the above described pr be removed within fifteen (25) days.from the date of passage,,approval, and publicatio ordinance. SECTION 2. The Chief of Police is hereby insructed to serve the owner of said of property with a copy of this ordinance„and notify said owner that said frame war building, located on the abmve described property must be razed and. removed within f (I5) days from the effective date of this ordinance. That if the qwner of the above described property fails or refuses tol remove said property within the time herein provded:?, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon convictiob thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than Twenty -Five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than Three Hundred Dollars (#300.00), and each day said building shall remain on said property after the% expiration of the time herein provided shall constitute a separate? offenaa f SECTION 4. Alderman Bronson made a motion that the bills be allowed, as apps and the Clerlt be instructed to draw warrants for the same, upon the proper fund, secode alderman Shook, which was passed un&imously,e kcommittee, consisting of ; Miss Lighton, hiss Mry•I`Iorris and Mrs. Herbert Lewis appeared before the Council to discuss the passage of an Ordinance requiring vaccinatic of dogs annually, after some discussion, alderman Sanders made a motion that the Mayor appoint a committee to confer with the health department and report back to the Counci alderman Peal seconded the motion, which was passed unanimously, and the Mayor appoints )the following committee; Aldermen ; Peal, Ucker and Sanders, om tion. 02 , o.50, owed, ed by n 1.
