Alderman Shook aecodded the motion for adoption of this resolution, and upon being put before the Council received a unanimous vote,and the Mayor so declared. Utility Alderman Gregory moved that the Mayor appoint a permanent Utili*b ommittee. This Permanenitmotion was seconded by Alderman Hosford and carried unanimously. In the absence of City Clerk Otoe Phillips, Price Dickson City Attorney was elected Acting City Clerk. This motion was seconded by Alderman Bronson and received the unanimous vote of the Council present. Bond:C. D. Atkinson in behalf of J. A. Adams & Wife resented bond to be substituted in lieu of revenue bond in the sum of Six Hundred (600.00) Dollars held in escrow by J.A. McIlroy Bank & Trust Company, Alderman Sanders moved that the Mayor and Water Commi Adams & be authorized to execute bond if and. when the Commissioners sign. Hurst presented a petition to remove the two-hour parking limit on South East Parking Street from Mountain to Rock Street. This petition was signed by all business men of the Street. Alderman Carter moved that his request be referred to the Street Committee Limit for recommendation -:.This motion was seconded by Alderman Hosford and carried unanimousl bP. B. F.
