At which time the reduction granted in this resolution shall expire slid the
rates of motor vehicle license fees enforce immediately prior to the passage of
this resolution shall again be in full force and effect.
Alderman Shook aecodded the motion for adoption of this resolution, and upon being
put before the Council received a unanimous vote,and the Mayor so declared.
Utility Alderman Gregory moved that the Mayor appoint a permanent Utili*b ommittee. This
Permanenitmotion was seconded by Alderman Hosford and carried unanimously.

(There being no further business, Alderman Bronsom moved to adjourn, seconded by
Alderman Sanders and carried unanimously and. the Mayor declared the Council adjourned.

In the absence of City Clerk Otoe Phillips, Price Dickson City Attorney was elected
Acting City Clerk. Due to the illness of the City Clerk, minutes of the previous
meeting had not been prepared.irr
Bills: The following bills were presented after their approval by Alderman Peal, Chairman of

approved and the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants upon the proper funds in payment
of same. This motion was seconded by Alderman Bronson and received the unanimous
vote of the Council present.
Bond:C. D. Atkinson in behalf of J. A. Adams & Wife resented bond to be substituted in
lieu of revenue bond in the sum of Six Hundred (600.00) Dollars held in escrow by
J.A. McIlroy Bank & Trust Company, Alderman Sanders moved that the Mayor and Water Commi
