Fayetteville City Council met in adjourned session September 7,1937, 10:00 A 140
Present: Mayor A. D. McAllister, City Clerk Otte Phillips, City Engineer C. E. Pierce, City Atty.
Price Dickson. Aldermen: Bronson, Hosford, Peal, Shook and Ucker. Absent: Carter,
Gregory and Sanders.
Minutes of the regular meeting held Monday August 30,1937 were read and approved.
Bills: The following bills were presented after their approval by Aldermn,n "e11, Chairman of tY.
Auditing Committee: Southwest Gas & Electric Co., $330.94; The Blai$!s Stationers $1.02;
Jackson Cafe 4,2.45; Tuck Super -Service Co. $7.65; Southwest Gas & Electric Co. $14.80;
Cravens & Cd. $151.68; Venner-Carmichael Agency $52.83; Campbell -Bell Dry Goos Co. $.34
Northwest Ar%cansas Times $1.60; Lyle Allen $5.00; Curtis Bynum $30.00;Tuck -8 uper Service
33.46; Ben Porter 547.50;'C. E. Pierce $17.70; Tuck Super Service $.88; A. F. Shumate
aP20.00; Emmett Boyd $4.00; Newt Ward 4p4.00. Alderman Bronson moved that the bills be
allowed as approved and the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants upon the proper funds
in payment of same. This motion was seconded by Alderman Shook and was duly passed by
the Council, and the Mayor so declared.

There being no further business, Alderman Ucker moved to adjourn, seconded by Alderman
Hosford, and carried unanimously, and the Mayor declared the Council adjourned.
