Fayetteville City Council met in adjourned session September 7,1937, 10:00 A id.
Present: Mayor A. D. McAllister, City Clerk Otoe Phillips, City Engineer C. E. Pierce, City Atty.
Price Dickson. Aldermen: Bronson, Hosford, Peal, Shook and Ucker. Absent: Carter,
Gregory and Sanders.
IMinutes of the regular meeting held Monday August 30,1937 were read and approved.
Bills: The following bills were presented after their approval by Aldermn-n "sal, Chairman of tY;

allowed as approved and the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants upon the proper funds
in payment of same. This motion was seconded by Alderman Shook and was duly passed by
the Council, and the Mayor so declared.
