Bills:
.alderman Sanders moved that sidewalks be ordered in on the south side of Highway 7'r'62
from School street to Cemetery street. This motion was seconded by alderman Carter
and upon the question being put, the following vote resulted: Ayes: a Bronson,
Carter, Gregory, Hosford, Peal, Sanders, Shook and Ucker. Nays: bone.. The Mayor
declared carried as there were eight Ayes and no Nays.

call, seconded by

unanimously, and

the Council adjourned.

Minutes of the adjourned session held Tuesday :oagust 17,1937 were rea=d and approved.
The following bills were presented after their approval a
byy lderman Peal, Chairman of
the Auditing Committee: Jackson Cafe w3.30; Curtis Bynum x$35.00; Ben Porter $p17.50;
Emmett Boyd $?3.00; Fay Kennedy $6.00; Uill Morris $2.00; An F. Shumate $20.00. Alderman
Carter moved that the bills be allowed as approved and the,Clerk be instructed to draw
warrants upon the proper funds in payment of same. This motion was seconded by
alderman Hosford and received the unanimous vote of the Council, and the Mayor so
declared.
Kinzer Dlr. Henry Barton appeared before the douncil with complaint that fences had been
street placed across hinzW street and across the Alley leading from the East end of the
street to Huntsville Road. After discussion, Alderman Gregory mover, that tbA Cst-r

removed. This-�motion,was seconded, -by Alderman Hosford and upon -the question being put;.,

Peal, Sanders,;- Shook and Ucker. Nays: .None. The Pnayor declared,carried as there were
eight Ayes and no Nays.
