Alderman Sanders moved that the bills be allowed as ap- proved and the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for smae upon the proper funds. Alderman Shook seconded the motion which carried unanimously and the Mayor so declared. Report The City Inspectors report for the month of AAril vias presented. Alderman Grepory No further business moved that the report be received and filed. Alderman Carter seconded the motion which Cii§ was duly passed by the Council. Inspect- seconded or: The matter of outdoor toilets where possible to connect with the sewer was brought to the attention of the Council by the Mayor. After discussion Alderman Gregory moved Connecti n that the City Engineer be instructed to prepare an estimate of expenses to make a sur - with vey of outdoor toilets in the City where sewer connections would be practibable, XXXKX Out -door XX aNX for presentation to the Council at the next meeting. Tom The matter of motor vehicle license purchased by Tom Taylor previous to March 1st on Taylor passenger car which has been stored and is not to be. used was discussed.. Alderman Ucker moved that the x,3.00 paid for said license fee be applied on truck license due Auto the City. The motion was seconded by Alderman Gregory and carried unanimously. License: Alderman Iiosford called the Council's attention to the fact that XXXIA taxi cabs were parking indiscriminately on the sweets of the City and that merchants were complai^in of this. Alderman Hosford moved that the Bus XXX Traffic Congestion Committee be in- structed to contact the Taxi Concerns relative to a solution of the r3roblem. The mo- tion was seconded by Alderman. Pierce stated to the Council the difficulty in obtaining proper ence of descriptions of property in making survey of possible sewer connections.
