Fayetteville City Council met in regular session March 4th,1935.
Present:
Mavor T. S. Tribble, City Clerk Otoe Phillips, City Attorney Rex Perkins; City
Engineer E. 1,1. Ratliff, Acting Chief of Police earl Hand, AlderTen: Bynum, Carters'
Gregory, McAllister, Peal, Shook anal Stanford. Absent: Alderman Sanders.
Rills:
Minutes of the regular meeting held February 25th, were readand approved.
The followirg hills were presented after their approval by Alderman Peal,

the bills he allowed as arproved and the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants
for the same upon the prover funds. The motion was seconded by Alderman Shook
and received the unanimous vote of the Council. Mr. V% Vi. Kel ley anneared
he Fore the founci.l are stated his reasons for asking that his assessment in
Duncan Street Improvement District be. lowered. City Attorney Rex Perkins to
whom the. matter had been referred on February 219th, stated that there was no
recourse for Pair Kelley through the City Council.

No further business, Alderroan McAllister moved that the Council adjourn.

was seconded by Alderman Carter aryl carried unanimously.
Alderman Carter moved that Fred L Kerr and Walker Kelley be-re-apnointed to serve as
Commissioners in Improve•rient District No.85 (Duncan St.reet), and the Clerk asked to
notify these narties and advise td file oatho£ Commission on or before March 21st.

Unanimous vote of all Councilmen present.
V7ith reference to nrouerty'needed in changing route of Highway No.62,Alderman
Gregory Moved that the City Clerk be instruct to issue a warrant lin the sum of x$50,
nay=mole to Sam F Dowell to be put in escrow pending developments in the Highways'
plan to changethis'routes This motion was seconded by Alderman Shook and upon the
question heing out, resulted in the unanimous vote of the Councilmen nresnnt.
There being no further business, Alderman Sanders moved that the 6.oancil
adjourn. The motion was seconded by Alderman Peal, and received the entire vote
of Council, nresent. The. Mavor declared the ''ouncil adjourned.
