Aldermen: Bynum, Carter, Peal, McAllister, Sanders, of City Of"i.cers of the State at Thook, Stanford. Absent: Alderman Gregory, City Clerk Otoe Phillips. City Atty, Municipal League m6et, Rex Perkins acting as Clerlt of the session. Meat Meat Market dealers of the City appeared before the Council asking for a Market lower price on privilege license for their line. Ma-ror Tribble requested that their claim be deferred until Budgett Committee and Ordinance C ornmittee have Dealers,: gone over the privilege licenses,fand+the dealers were willing to rest the mat terthat way, Report of the ,year 1934 by Clyde Wal tors, Chief of Fire Derartment was read. Alderman Bynum moved that the rep ort be received and filed. This motion was seconded by Alderman Carter and was duly passed by the council. TheMayor declared carried. `I I Alderman Carter moved that a refund of 40% be made to each person buying City Motor Vehicle License before Ordinance is passed. This motion was seconded by Alderman Peal and carried unanimously by members present. Alderman Sanders as Chair*nan of the Committee ap.nointed to secure services of Attorney to represent Civil Service Commisston in its investigation reported that an Attorney had been selected at a fee of 950. for PAcb r.n,,,.r. _ There being no further business, amotion to adiourn was ma e.�y Alderman Peal which %was seconded by Alderman Carter and carried unanimously: The Mayor declared the "ounci.l adjourned.
