RPtliff, Chief of Police Ideal Cruse, City Attorney Rex Perkins. Aldermen: Bynum, Carter, Gregory, Peal ,' McAllister, Sanders, and Shook. Absent Alderman Stanford. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Bills: The following `:ills were presented after their approval by Alderman Peal, Chairman of the :,uditing Committee: F E Powers y>2.00; A F Shumate $18.(10; Ben Porter $15.n0. City Attorney Rex Perkins ruled that R P ti!ages bond as Elas Inspector covered responsibility required. Alderman Gregory moved that this bond be accepted and filed. Alders n McAllister seconded the motion and the vote carried unanimously. Report of Fire Committee was carried over. A resolution covering a levy of One Ilill(1) on each dollar of assessed valuation of all real qnd personal property within the Corporate limits of the City of Fayette- ville for City'Hospitr,l_ 1 purposes was presented by Alderman Carter. Alderman Sanders moved that the resolution be adopted.
