Fayetteville City Council met in regular session Monday, November 13, 1931.
Present: Mayor T. S. Tribble, City Clerk Oton Phillips, City Attorney Vi.rril Ramsey. City En-
gineer F. M. Ratliff, Chief of Police Meal Cruse, Aldermen Bynum, Carter, Gregory,
Harding, Peal, Sanders, Stanford, and Wages.

The report of J. F. Stanford, Accredited Veterinarian, given in compliance with Dair
Ordinance Fo. 762, and showing that Stubblefield, Henson, Combs, and Coln dairies
are equipped in compliance with Ordinance TIo. 762, was read by i;he Clerk. Alderman

filed. Thn motion rticeived the unanimous vote of the Council.

Sntvnr 'ponds were l'kely to be defaulted, :and sugcrnsting that, a snr•viee charge he
added to and collected with the water bills for• the purpose of retiring, Sewer bonds.

The following hills were Presented after their apr,roval by Ald.ermar Peal, Chairman
of the Auditing Committee: John Bynum 0.41., Allen Strain $310.00, Hen Porter $10.nn,
A. F. Shumate ,18.00. Alderman Bynum moved that the hills he allowed as approved and
the Clerk he instructed to draw XX warrnts for same upon the vroPer funds. Alderman
Carter seconded the motion which rete ed the entire vote of the Council.
ThP renort of the Comrnittee appointed to confer with the Sewer Ror,.rd relati.vP to the
nrnoosnd service charge to take, tarn of sewe-1 bond requirements was read by the Clnrl
The committee opposed the proposition, and recommended that the se•:aer commission
work out its own problems with reference to sewer bond issue. Aldnrman Carter moved
that the renort he received and filed. Alderman Bvnum seconded the motion which re-
ceived the unanimous vote of the Council.

Seiler Commissioners to fill the existing vacancy. A1dP*-lmarl Peal. Seconded the motion

let the, oPnr1P zrote on a T'unicipal Building Proiect was r+rPsent;Pd. Rv motion of Alde

Alder-lmarl Peal moved that'lthe Council adjourn. Alde man Sanders seconded the motion.
which Passed unanimously, and the favor declared the Council adjourned.
