Fayetteville City Council met in regular session Eondap, November .13, 1937).
Present: Mayor T. S. Tribble, City Clerk Ot;oe Phillips, City Attorney Virgil Ram) y2 City En-
gineer E. M. Hat.liff, Chief of Police MPR! Cruse, Aldermen Bynum, Carter, Gregory,
Harding, Peal, Sanders, Stanford, and Wages.
The report of J. F. Stanford, Accredited Veterinarian, given in compliance with Da.i.r
OrdinR TICe No. 762. and showing that Stubblefield, Henson, Combs, and Coln dairies
are equipped in compliance with Ordinance 11o. 762, was read by the Clark. Aldevmsln
Harding made n motion, seconded l,v Aldermar Carter, that the report be received and,
filed. The motion r6ceived the unanimous vote, of the. Council..
Civil
Works: Vgvor Tr:hhle gave a report on the Civil Works meetinr held in Little cock and state
that; in order for the City to hennfit hp the Civil Clorks rroFram :it. would be necessa y
for the nroiects to be filed immediately. .Alde•rman Wages m!idP a motion that the bravo
City Clerk, Cit r FnPineer, and Chai»man of the Street; Committee form .and submit t;he
nroiects. Aldermar Gregory seconded the motion which received the, Pnti.re vote o£ the.
Council and the Mavor so decliired.
A claim for ''12.00 was presented by D. A. Burson for expenses intaking the Mayor to
the Civil. 17orks meeti.nw,, in Little. :rock. By notion of Alderman Hi>rding, seconded by
AldP*•man PPR1, and duly parsPrI by the 1✓ouncil, the claim was allowed.
J. H. 1.'cllroy arpe.ared before the Council stating, that, due to Poor Collections the.
SP.t7er Ponds were likely to be. defaulted, and sugeesting thnt, a sor•vice charge. be
added to and collected wit.h the wRter bills for the purpose of retiring Sewer bonds.

the Clerk he instructed to draw XX warrents for same upon the proper funds. Alderman
Carter seconded the motion which rece.iVed the entire. vote of the, Council.

Sewer The report of the Committee appointed to confer with the. Sewer Boned relative to the
CommittP : proposed service charge to take care of sewe� bond requirements was read by the Clerl
The committee opposed the Droposition, and recommended that the sealer commission
work out its own problems with reference to Sevier bond issue.. Alderman Carter moved
that the report he receivers and filed. Aldermar, Bvnum seconded the motion which re-
c.eived the unanimous vote. of the Council.
