Collins appeared before the Council as a Committee from the Dairy Ormeinization, Asking that the present Dairy Ord.i.nanee he repealed and Ordinance No. 442 governing, operation of Dairies be used as a basis for rrivi.lear li- cense fees. The matter was referred to the Ordinance Committee, by motion of Alderman Gregory, seconded by Alderman Harding, and duly Passed by tt.e Council. No further business, Alderman Harding moved that the Courcil. adionrn. The motion was seconded -by Alderman Grerrory and received the entire vote of the Council. The Kayor declared the un c' iourned. Minutes of the regular meeting held October 0th, 1033, were read and. approved. Bills: The following hills were presented after their approval by Alderman Peal, Chairman of the Auditing Committee: Otis Parker $11.50, J. A. Baker $18.n0, Gray F. Carlisle $1563F�, R. T. Angus $3.60, Allen Strain $12.00, Ben Porter $12.00, A. F. Shumate $18.0n. Alder- man Carter moved that the bills he allowed as approved and the Clerk he instructed to draw warrants for same upon the proper funds. Alderman hardi.ng seconded the motion, which received the unanimous vote of the Council. Financial Reports: Financial reports of South College Ave. Improvement District No. 1 and Annex No. 1 to South College Ave. Improvement District No. 1 were read by the Clerk. By'motion of Al- derman Gregory, seconded by Alderman Wages, and duly passed by the Council, the report. were ordered received and filed. Dairy: The matter of the pronosed ordinance amending the present dairy Ordinance was brought un for discussion. Alderman Sanders mads, a motion that the matter be carried over till. next meeting„ Monday, October 23rd, and that some definite action be taken at that time. Alderman Gregory seconded the motion. On the question being put before the Coun- cil the following, vote resulted; Ayes: Bynum, Carter, Gregory, Harding, Peal, Sanders, and !japes. Nays; Stanford. The Mayor declared the motion carried as there were 7 Ayes and 1 Nay. J. C. Peal ommission.r Clyde Walters, Commissioner in West Meadow Improvement District No. 1, appeared hefor West the Council stating that a vacancy existed on the Board of Commissioners and asking eadow #1 that J. C. Peal be appointed to fill the vacancy. The Mayor declared the. mo- tion carriPd as there were 5 Ayres and 3 Nays. No further business, Alderman Gregory moved that the Council adjourn.
