Rn it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas: Section One: It is hereby made unlawfulfor any person, firm, corporation, part- nership or individual to transfer any gasoline from any truck t•inh, or other container userl for the purpose of transporting or hauling gasoline, to any storage tank or other container used for the p*irnose of storing. gasoline, whether such storage tank or other container is situated above or below the surface of the ground, or located'in any buildinp,within the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, after sun- set in the P. M. and before sunrise i.n the A. ?•`. Section Two: Anv person, firm, corporation, partnership or individual violating any or%the provisions of this Ordinance, upon conviction thereof before the City Police Judge shall he deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined in any sum not less than $25.00 ".or i:ore than $100.00, and each act shall constit+ite a separate offense. Alderman Carter seconded the motion which received the entire vote of the Coun- cil Present, and the Mayor so declared. This motion received the unanimous vote of the Council and the ?'ayor so declared. Petition: A petition sinned by several plumbers stating, thatcertain sections of City Ordinance No. 571 are being violated was presented to the Council. The petition Also asked that these sections be enforced. The ma.I;er w•is roferred to thn Building Inspector. Truck The matter of license fens for trucks owned in the City and used for hauling Produce Lice,,se: etc from other places into the City was brought up by the Cdrty Collector. Alderman Sanders made a motion_ which was seconded by Alderman Harding that the City Attorney he instructed to ascertain the license fees which may he legally charged, and that the City Collector be instructed to collect such fees according, to the findings of the City Attorney. This motion received the entire vote of the Council, and the Mayor so declared. "Rove House: 7, M. Murphy arneared before the Council asking permission to block North College Ave. and move a ho•.ie 75 feet inside the corporate limits of the City. By motion of Alder- man Gregory, secorled by Alderman Sanders and duly passed by the Council this permit was prantnd, same to he unde�l the supervision of the City T;ngineer. Alderman Harding made a motion seconded by Alderman Peal that the City Fngineer be instructed to establish such grade. The ?notion received the ent.irp vote of the Council and the Mayor so declared.
