An Ordinance to he entitled "An Ordinance to prohibit the delivery or trans-
ferrin7'of gasoline .from any truck tank or other container used for the purpose of
transporting* or hauling gasoline to any storage tank or other container useq for the
purpose of storage of gasoline, whether such storage tank or other container is sit-
uated under or above the surface of the ground after sundown and before sunrise, and
'or other purposes."
Rn it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayettevillo, Arkansas;
Section One: It is hereby made unlawfulfor any r_erson, firm; 'corporation, Part-
nershin or individ.ual to transfer any gasoline from any truck tank, or other container
used for the Purpose of transporting or hauling gasoline, to any storage tank or other
container used for the purpose of storing gasoline, whether such storage tank or other
container is situated above or below the surface of the ground, or located, in any
building, within the corr.orate limits of the City of Faye ttevi..11e, Arkansas, after sun-
set in the Po' 1J. and before sunrise in the A. M.
Section Two: Any person, firm, corporation, partnership
or
individual
violating
any or%the Provisions of this Ordinance, upon conviction
thereof
before the
City Police
Judge shall he deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall
be. fined
in any sum
not less
than $$25.00 nor u:ore than $100.00,
and each act shall constitute
supervision
a separaRte
offense.
Section Three; All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict hepowith are
hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take effort and he in force from and aftr.r

Minutes of the regular meetinc, held April 17th,\1933, were read and apprcvrd.
`Phe following bills were presnnted after their Rn7Dro.al. by Aldf•rman Peal,'Chairman of
the Auditing Comrittee; Geo. A. Rrovies ".5n, American Milling Co. $x2.50, A. F. Shu-
mate $$18.00, Ben Porter $12.00, Tom Guthrie ?4.00. Alderman Rynum mane a motion that
was 8co•lded by ildermzr.._ Harding that the hills he allowec'. as anproved and the Clerk
be i.nstru.ted to draw ;v-irrants for same upon the proper f..ards. This motion received
the unanimois vote of the Council and the linyor so declared.
A petition signed by several plumbers stating thatcertain sections of City Ordinance
No. 571 are being, violated was presented to the Council. The Petition, also asked'
that these sections be enforced. The mater w•is rrferred to the Building Inspector.
The matter of license fees for trucks owned in the Citv and used for hauling produce
etc from other Places into the City was brought up by the C&ty Collector. Alderman
Sanders made a motion which was seconded by Alderman Harding that the City Attorney
he instructed to--tscertain the license fees which may he legally charged, and that
the City Collector lie. instructed to collect such fees according to the findings of
the City Attorney. This motion received the entire vote of the Council. and the Mayor
so declared.
l?. M. Murrhv appeared before the Council asking permission to block North College Ave.
and move a hog^e 75 feet inside the corporate limits of the City. By motion of Alder-

be established. Alderman Harding made a motion seconded by Alderman Peal that the
City Engineer be instructed to establish such grade. The motion received the entire
vote of the Council and the Mayor so declared.
