Minutes of the rnpular menti' -Pr a.s held Novem'-)nr 28th, 192, were read and apr.rovnd by the
unanirlous vote of the Council.
Bills: I The following bills .were nreserted aftnr their nnr:roval by Alde•lmar Barr, Chairman
of the Auditing Committee, whereupon. Alderman Byrum made a motion seconded by Alder -
m,," Harding that the bills he allowed as arnroved and the Clerk he instruct^d to
draw warrants for same-, unon the proper funds. This motion received the unanimous

T. S. Trihl'le as Purchasong Anent, Otoe Phillips as City Clerk,. M. Cunningham as
City Collector, R. P. Nifong as Police Judr-e, Neal Cruse as Chief of Police, and
Clyde 1'1altars as Fire, Chief. After the reading of the reports Alderman Harding made
a motion, which was sx3conded by Alderman Bynum, that the reports be accepted as read
and the Clerk be instructed to file same. This motion received the unanimous vote of
the Council anal the Mayor so declarnd and instructed the Clerk.
Essnsc^;Arit: The re -assessment of Annex No-. 1 to Sevier District Pio. 1 was rresented by the Clerk.
Alderman HarHin^ mime a motion seconded by Alderrian Barr that tris assessment be
