Protests The nrotest of C. G. Philips in Mont Mord Imp. Dist. 110. 1, and A. C. Bodine in im-
rrovenent Dist. No. 31, were read by the Clerk.' Alderman Harding made a motion_, sec-
onded by Alderman Bynum, that the protests be heard Monday, October 2,�, 19.',2., and
the Clerk be instructed to notify the Comnissioners and Assessors of said Districts
of the time of the hearing. Upon the question being put before the Council, it re-
ceived their unanimous vote and the M ayor so declared and instructed the Clerk.
Mr. x.. R. Stone appeared before the Council and asked the Council to request the
Commissioners of the original Sewer District Yo. 1 to furnish a complete finan-
cial report as to monies received and the. disbursanent thereof. After discussion.

Attorney be instructed to examine the Statutes to find if the City Council has

No further business, Alderman Harding made a motion that was seconded by Alderman
Rynrnn that the C mincil adjourn. This motion carried unanimously and the Mayor
declared the Council as adjourned.
