Ratliff, Chief of Police Ileal Cruse, Alderman: Barr, Bynum,Carter,Gregory,Harding,Sanders, Stanford, and VVaFes;Absent None, Minutes: Minutes of the regular meeting as held August 29th,1932, were read and approved by the unanimous vote of the Council. Bills: The following bills were presented after their approval by Alderman Barr, Ciarman,of the auditing Committee, whereupon Alderman Bynum made a motion that was seconded by Alderman Harding, that the Bills be allowed as approved and the clerk be instructed i to draw warrants for same upon the ,proper funds, Upon the question being put before the Council, it received the unanimous vote and the Mayor so declared and instructed the clerk, Bills: B.t'cV. Fishback, as acting Police Judge, Clyde 17alters as Chief of the Fire Department were read in their entirety and after the reading of the same a motion was made by Alderman Harding, seconded b}; Alderman Bynum that the reports be received as read and the Clerk be instructed to file the same, i Upon the motion being put before the Counhil; it'received%,the unanimous vate and the Mayor so declared and instructed the clerk to file the same. Report of Mr. RI.S. Campbell appeared before the council in the matter of what he learned in Litt W.B. Campbell. i tle Rock relative to Municipalities borrowing money tha from the Reconstruction Fi- nance Corporation and from this report the council deferred action as to making a requisition for funds until a later date. Ad.,jourrt Alderman Gregory made a motion that was seconded by Alderman Bynum, that the Coun- cil adjourn.
