Billal:The`following bills were presented after their approval by Alderman Barr,Chairman of
Auditing Committee, whereupon Alderman Harding made a motion that was sdgnndeti by Alderm
Bynum that the bills be allowed as approved and the Clerk be instructed to draw warrant
upon the proper funds for the payment of the same.iJpon the question being put before th

made by Alderman Harding and seconded by Alderman Wages that this be referred to the
Chieif of Police,Neal Cruse with power to act.Upon the question being put before the
Council,it received their unaminous.vote and the Mayor so declared and instructed the C
