Fayetteville City Council met in regular session August lst,1932.

of the regular meeting as held on July 25th,1932 were read and approved by the unamin=
vote of the Council.
The following bills were presented after their approval by Alderman Barr,Chairman of t:
Auditing Committee,whereupon Alderman Harding made a motion that was seconded by Alde.
man Bynum that the bills be allowed as approved and the Clerk be instructed to draw
warrants upon the proper funds for the payment of the same.Upon the question being pu
before the Council,it received their unaminous vote and the Mayor so declared and

The following reports were read .in their. entirety from the,following.Mayor T.S.Tribble
as Purchaseing,Wm.F.Dunn as City Clerk and Desk Sargeant,J.M.Phillips as Police Judge,
M.Cunningham,as City..Collector.Aldergian Bynum made a motion,that was seconded by„Alderie
Harding that the reports be accepted as read and the Clerk be instructed to file the san
In 'their proper manner.Upon the question being put before the Council,it received their
unaminous vote and the Mayor so declared.
Mr.Stonecipher applied for the privilage of cutting the curb in front of his home at
510 Walnut Street for the purpose of making a driveway,whereupon Alderman Wages made a
motion that was seconded by Alderman Gregory that this request be granted and the work
to be done under the supervision of the City Engineer.Upon the question being put before
the Council,it received their unaminous vote and the Mayor so declared.
After hearing some matters discussed that the Council did not take any action upon,
Alderman Gregory made a motion that the Council adjourn.This motion was seconded by
Alderman Carter,and upon the question being put before the Council,it received their
unaminous vote and the Council and the Mayor declared the Council as adjourned.
