Alderman Sanders made a motion that was seconded.by Alderman Stanford that the €elle foregoing resolution be adopted as presented by Alderman Wages.Upon the question being put before the Council,it received their unaminous vote and the Mayor declared the resolution as carried. Absent City Attorney V.James Ptak,City Engine E.M.Ratliff and Alderman Gregory. Minutes of the regular meeting as held on June 27th,1932 were read and.approved by the unam vote of the Council.
