B.That it shall bb unlawful to permit any minor.under the age_ of _18.years.of age to
play ob participate in any manner the above games or amusements or to loiter or be
permitted upon the premises where such games or amusements are operated.
Section Two.That this ordinance shall be deemed cumulative and shall repeal only subt%
parts of same as may be in direct conflict herewith and shall be in force and effect
and after its passage,approval,and publication.

Mr.Lemar and Mb.Grover George were before the Council and asked that the ordinace
on peddling be enforced.The Mayor told them that.he would be.glad.to enforce this
ordinance as the City was looking after all of the revenue that was possible for the
City to obtain.
The Mayor asked the Ordinance Committee to meet with the City Attorney and draw up s
new ordinances covering several important matters.This action was taken after Alderman
Wages made and requested some action in regards to reports as required of the Commissi
of Tmprovement Districts by the State but was not required by City Ordinances,
Alderman Bynum made a motion that was seconded by Alderman Gregory that the Council
adjourn.Upon the question being.put before the Council,it received their unaminous v
and the Mayor declared the Council as adjourned.

Minutes of the regular meeting as held on June 13th,1932 were read and approved by the unaninou
vote of the Council.
Bills: The following bills were presented after their approval by Alderman Barr ,Chairman of th
Auditing Committee,whereupon Alderman Harding made a motion that was seconded by Alderm
Bynum that the bills be allowed as approved and the Clerk be instructed to draw warran#
upon the proper funds for the payment of the same.Upon the question being put before th
Council,it received their unaminous vote and the Mayor.so.declared and instructed the C

Curbs: Mr.Chss Mullholland asked permission to cut the Curb on 26 E.Meadow Street in front of
property of Stirman Pollards property whereupon Alderman .Wages made.a motion that was
seconded by Alderman Bynum that this request be granted.under.the supervision of the Ci
Engineer.Upon the question being put before the Councilit.received their unaminous'vote
and the Mayor so declared and instructed the Clerk to no.tify..the City Engineer.
Mr.Hsnry Walker asked permission to out the curb on 41 E.Rock Street for a driveway,whe
upon Alderman Sanders made a motion that was seconded by Alderman Carter that this requ
De granted under the supervision of the City Engineer.Upon the question being put before
the Council,it received their unaminous vote and the Mayor so declared and.instructed t

Mr..Delmar Collins asked the permission to make a driveway.around the.south and east of
his new store on North College Avenue and to cut.the curb and Alderman Wages made amoti

Pupervision of the City Engineer.Upon the question being.put before the Council,it rec
their unaminous vote and the Mayor so declared and instructed the Clerk to notify the'

A letter was read from Mr.M.L.Price requesting the permission to have the City Enginee
establish a grade for a curb and gutter at his filling.station on West Spring Street i
order to eliminate the hole that was left in the same by reason of the removal of a fi
hydrant.A motion was gads by Alderman Wages and seconded.by:Alderman Barrr that this
be granted under the sppervision of the City Engineer.Upon the question being put bef
the Council it received their unaminous vote and the Mayor..so declared and instructed
Clerk to notify the City Engineer.

A request was read from Mr.Walter Duggans asking the permission to out the Street on Ealet
Lafayette Avenue in order that he might ma#e proper sewer connection.A motion was madelby
Alderman Harding and seconded by Alderman Sanders that this regest be granted under the
