unaminous vote of the Uity Council.
Bills: The following; bills were rresented after their annroval b* Alderman Barr,Chairman of
the auditing cormittee, whereupon Alderman :7ages made a motion that was seconded by
ti Alderman Bynum that the bills be allowed as .approved and the ^lir; be instructed to

Ordinance No.577,-passed and approved on the 5th day of October 1925, was discussed and
Alderman .;ages made a motion that was seconded by Alderman Carter that the word"origin l"
be struck from Section one nf the proposed Ordinance and the entire Section Two be
eliminated from the prposed ordinance.Upon the question being nut before the Council

An ordinance to be entitled"An ordinance to amend section five of ordinance No.577,
passed and approved on the 5th day of October 1925"
ik Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas:
Section One: That section five of Ordinance No.577 be amended to read as follows:

Repairing Frame buildings within the Fire Limits:"Any existing frame building within
d the fire limite,which hereafter be damaged by fire,decay or otherwise to an amount
greater than one half of its value,exclusive of the foundation,shall not be repaired
or rebuilt,but shall be immediately removed.
Section TwosThat this.ordinance shall be deemed cumulative and shall repeal only such
parts of the same as may be in direct conflict herewith and shall he in force and effect
from and after its passage,approval and nublication.
Passed and approved this 16th day of May 1932.
