Present: Mayor T.S.Tr.ibble,City Clerk Illm.F.Dunn,City Attorney B James Ptak.City Engineer E.I!.
Ratliff,Chief of Police Neal Cruse and Aldermen Barr,Bynum,Harding,Sanders,Scot#,Stanf
and Wages.
Minuteslof the regular meeting as held on March 21st 1932 were read and approved by the
vote of the City Council.
Bills: �he following bills were presented after their approval by Alderman Scott,Chalrman of
Auditing Committee, whereupon Alderman Wages made a motion that was seconded by Alderman
Bynum that the bills be allowed as approved and the Clerk instructed to draw warrants
upon the proper funds for their payment.Upon the question being put before the Council,
it received
their unamionous
vote and
the
Mayor

Upon thelquestion being put befcre the Council,it received their unaminous vote and the
Mayor declared the Councilas adjourned.

were read and approved by the unaminous vote of the Council.

Auditing Committee,whereupon Alderman Harding made a motion that was seconded by Alderm
Barr that the bills be allowed as approved and the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants

unaminous vote and the Mayor so declared and instructed the Clerk.
