S.J Meeting[ Tank Fayetteville City Council met in regular session on Mabch 21st 1932 1";aylor T.S.Tribble,City Clerk Wm.F.Dunn,City Attorney V.James Ptak,Chief of Police Neal Cruse,Aldermen Barr,Bynum,Harding,Sanders,Stanford,Scottp&- Wages. of the regular meeting as held on March 14th,1932 were read and approved by the unami vote, of the City Council. The Following bills were presented after their approval by Alderman Scott,Chairman of CommIttee,whereupon Alderman Harding made a motion that.was seconded by Ald that the bills be allowed as approved add8'the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants uponithe proper funds for the payment of the same.Bills:Ben Porter $18.75,Thomas & Son Thomas & Son $2..35,Shumate & Williams x30.00,Ozark Station $100.18,G.C.Dakon j'Pe50,All Strain 2.50,J.1:I.Shel&ey p8.00,Z.A.Campbell $5.35,L.& G.Tire Co.$6.00,Bob Curry $1.50, I Z.A.Pulliem $6.75,0scar Reinolds $2.00,Jess Hankins $2.25,Lottie Tollett $17.00, ION: The resignation of C.H.Luther as commissioner of Curb & Gutter Improvement District No.36 and Paving Improvement District No 39 was read to the Council,whereupon Alderman Harding made a motion that the Resignation of C.H.Luther as read above he accepted.Thi; motion was seconded by Alderman Sanders.Upon the question being put before the Council, I it received the unaminous vote of the Council and the Mayor so declared and ordered. bell A netetion was read from some of the property owners in Curb & Gutter Improvemeni District No.38 and Paving Improvement District No.39 that Mr. S.J. Campbell he appointer i to the vacancy as left by the resignation of C.H.Luther.A motion was then made by Alderman Sanders that Mr.S.J.Campbell be appointed Commissioner in Curb & Gutter Improv( District No.38 and Paving Improvement District No.39 to fill the vacancy as left by th( .25, Tlge nt resiTnation of C.H.Luther.This motion was seconddd by Alderman Harding.Upon the question being put before the Council,it received the unaminous vote of the Council and the Mayor declared Mr.S.J.Campbell as elected. Alderman Wages then made the following motion"That the City Council of Fayetteville, Arkansas meet at 7.30 P.M. from October First to May First of each year and at 8 P.bTo all other months of each year."Thid motion was seconded by Alderman Scott.Upon the Question beim nut before the Council,it received their unaminous vote end the Mayor so declared) on.Tlie Committe as appointed by the Mayor to investigate the condition and suggestion as to the purchase the tank wagon as owned by Mr.Roy l" lilliams,presented a report that they,irecommended the purchase of this tank wagon for a stun of $115.00.Whereupon Alderma Scott made a motion as follows"That the City of Fayetteville purchase the tank wagon as recommended by the Committee,the price of x115.00 be paid for the purchase of wagon and tank and all back rent for the,the Clerk be instructs to draw a warrant for $115.00 out of the General Fund for the payment of the same. This motion was seconded by Alderman Bynum.Upon the question being put boforc the Council,it received their unam.._,)us vote and the Mayor so declared and instructed the Clerk.
