Alderman Bynum made a motion that the report of the Committee be accepted and -that the Clerk
file the same for future reference.This motion was madended by Alderman Scott.Upon the question being
put before the Council the following Alderman voted Aye.Barr,Bynum,Harding,Scott,Stanford,
& Wages.Nays None. Absent and not voteing Pearson & Sanders. The Mayor declared

passed and the Clerk was instructed to file report.

of regular session as held on November 30th 1931 were read and approved by the unaminous voto
Council.
BILLS:
The following bills were presented after their approval by Alderman Scott of the Auditing
committee,whereupon Alderman Bynum made a motion that was seconded by Alderman Harding that
bills be allowed as approved and the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants upon the proper fw
for the payment of the same. Upon the question being put before the Council it received their

REPORTS:
The monthly reports of Mayor T.S.Tribble as City Purchasing Agent,Wm.F.Dunn as City Clerk,
M.Cunningham as City Collector,J.M.Phillips as Police Judge,Neal. Cruse as Chief of Police,
Clyde•Walters as Fire Chief were read in their entirety and a motion was made by Alderman Sc,
and seconded by Alderman Bynum that the reports be accepted as read and the Clerk be instru
to file the same in their proper manner. Upon the question being put before the Council,it
received their unaminous vote and the Mayor so declared.
