Fayetteville City Council met in regular session on November 2rd,1931.
Present:1 L1ayor T.S.Tribble,City Clerk 1.7m,F.Dunn,City !attorney V James Ptak,City Engineer E.F.Ratlif
Chief of Police Ideal Cruse,Aldermen nary,Bynum,Harding,Sanders, Scot t,Stanford,Viages. Absent
Alderman Pearson.
Minutes hf the regular meeting of the City Council as held on Oct.26th,1931 were read and approved
by the unaminous vote of the Council. j
Bills: The following bills were presented after their approval by Alderman Scott'of the Auditing
Icow.mittee,ans a motion was made by :Aderman Bynum and seconded by Alderman Sanders that
the bills be allowed as approved and the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants upon the proper

Reports: The following reports were pr•esent:ed and read before the Council.The fin:iancial report of
Douglas Street Improvement District No.l. The monthly report of Mayor T.S.Tribble as Purcbas�l.n
Agent,Report of 1:7m.F.Dunn,City Clerk.H.Cunningham as City Collector,J.Iii.Phillips as Police
Judge,Ueal Cruse as Chief of Police. A motion was made by Alderman Scott that the reports
be accepted as read and the Clerk be instructed, to file them in their proper manner.This
motion was seconded by Alderman Fsynum.The i3ayor then put the question and it received. the
unaminous vote of the Council and the I,:ayor so instructed the Clerk.
CURB FUI:FS: I,:r.Tuck appeared before the Council and asked permission tb install two Curb pumps on
est Meadow Street in front of his building.A motion was made by Alderman Harding that Mr.
Tuck he given permission to install two curb humps in front of his building as requested,
the installation to be done under the supervision of the City Engineer.This motion was
seconded by Alderman Stanford.Upon the question being put,it carried the unaminous Vote or
the Council and the Mayor so declared.

approved and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants upon the proper funds for the
payment of the same. This motion was seconded by Alderman Sanders. Upon the question being
