MILT T"S: of the regular meeting as held on October 19th were read and approved by the unaminous vote
of the Council.
SILLS: The Following bilis were presented after their approval of Alderman Barr of the Auditing
Committee and a motion was made by Alderman Harding that the bills be allowed and the Clerk1be i
instructed to draw warrants on their proper funds fbr their payment.This motion was se
by Alderman Bynum.Upon the question being put before the Council,it received the unaminous

that these reports he accepted, and the Clerk be instructed to file the same in their proper
manner. Upon the question being put before the Council,it received the unaminous vote of th
same and the Mayor so declared.
E: The Payor reporbbd that at the meeting of the Board of Public Affairs that the had set a
limit of $1200.00 for the purchase of 1,000 feet of 21 - inch of Fore Hose,1 After a discus.nio
of the matter Alderman Wages made a motion that the Fire Committee with the Fire Chief
Clyde IMafters. meet with the Board of Public Affairs and arrange for the purchase of this
fire hose. This motion was seconded by Alderman riarding.Upon the question being put before
Council,it received the unaminous vote of the Council and the iiayor so declared..
