THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH7 CITY OF FAYrTTEVILLE,ARKANSAS IEET III REGULAR SESSION
OCTOBER 12th,1931.
PRESENT:l1.iayor T.S.Tribble,City Clerk vnn.F.Dunn,Ci.ty Attorney V.James Ptak,City Engineer E,Id.Ratliff,
Chief of Police ileal Cruse and Aldermen Barr,Bynum,Harding, Sanders, Scott, Stanford,& Wages.
Absent.Alderman Pearson.
WINUTESIof the regular meeting of the City Council as held on October 5th,1931 were read and approve
'by the Unaminous vote of the Council as present.
BILLS: The Clerk then read the bills as approved by the Chairman of the Auditing Committee Alderma
Scott, whereupon Alderman Harding made a motion that the bills be allowed as approved and th
Clerk be instructed to draw warrants upon the proper f1nds for their payrpent.This motion

was seconded by Alderman Bynum.Upon the question being put it received the unaminous vote

The mayor•declared the motion as carried as there were 4 Ayes & 3 Nays. and the time of

meeting of the Council in the future until changed 'to be 7.P.yi. instead of 7.30 PaMe
A motion that the Council adjourn was made by Alderman Sanders.This motion was seconded by

Alderman Scott.Upon the question being put,it carried unaminously and the Mayor declared the'
Council as adjourned. e

REPORTS: i The City Engineer Emett Ratliff made a report that it was impractiable for Spence Rogers to'.

put in septic tank. A motion was made by Alderman Sanders and seconded by Alderman Bynum tha
this report be accepted and filed and that Clerk notify Mr.Rogers of the Action taken and also
that L'r.Tollett be informed that if he so desired that he could connect on this septic tank
if approved by Mr.Rogers. Upon the questioon being put before the Counell,it carried
unaminously and4 the Clerk was instructed to notify the parties concerned of this fact.
Alderman ?gages made a motion that the Council Adjourn.This motion was seconded by Alderman
Scott.Upon the question being put,It carried unaminously and the Mayor declared the Council
adjourned. V
