Oath of Honourable Mayor T.S.Tribble administered the oath of office to City Clerk Vlm.F.Dunn,;;reasurer

(Collector M.Cunningham,Board of Public Affairs Art.T.Lewis.Henourable Mayor also announced
that the Committees of the Council would remain the same as they were with Alderman Frank
(Barr taking the place of Ex Alderman on Fuller And. Alderman Geo.Sanders taking the place Of,
Ex6Alderman S.S.Stephens.This announcement makes the standing committees of the Council as

JA motion was made by Alderman Harding seconded by Alderman Wages that Clerk make a list of
standing committees and give a copy of same to each Alerman.Upon question being putbefore
'the council by Honourable Mayor T.S-.Tribble the following Aldermen voted Aye. Aldermen.Barr,
Bynum,Harding,Pearson,Sanders,Scott,Stanford,& Wages.
(Engineer E.M.Ratliff briefly told the council of recent visit inspectors to the flying field)
(Alderman Scott therhmoved that the council adjourn sine die.This'motion was seconded by R j
Alderman Pearson and received the unaminous vote of the council;whereupon the Hounourable
Mayor T.S.Tribble declared the council adjourned.
