ING BILLS against the City, properly approv.ed,were allowed and ordered paid and the Clerk was irected to issue warrants for the same on motion by Alderman Fuller, seconded by Alderman Pearson, assed by the unanimous vote of the Council and si declared by the Mayor; Payroll of the Flying ield crew amounting to4192.75;Otis Parker $3.00;Red Ball Transfer Comapny A30.00: 101ashingtoni rans.fer Comapny $30.Op,an01.68; Southwestern Bell Telephone Company Y,35.83;J.r.Shelly ',,42.5 ; am Delozier A2.50; Ben Porter w18.75;Pittsburg Plate Glass Company '''29.99;Fayetteville achine Shop '1.80. The weekly report of the street cleaner showing 192 blocks cleaned during the week was pre- ented and on motion was ordered filed. The Clerk again called attention to Act 309, Acts of Arkansas of Arkensas,1913, ertaining to the depository for Fayetteville,whereupon it was ordered that due notice he ublished according to said Act. CT: The lease contract provided for by act of the City Council as recorded at page hereof,was presented. Alderman Pearson moved that said Lease Contract he accepted. Alder - Bynum f3avod seconded the motion which received the following vote; ayes Aldermen Bynum, ler, Harding, Pearson, Scott, Stanford, Stephens, Wages; nays none,and was declared passed the Mayor. The report of the 'Election Commissioners of Washington County Arkansas was presented,showing the following persons were elected to offices as follows; T.S.Tribhle, Mayor !'Im F. Dunn, City Clerk, Roy Nix, Treasurer, J.M.Phillips Police Judge, J.F.Stanfd)rd,Alderman First Ward, Frank Barr, Alderman Second Ward Clem Pearson, Alderman Third Ward, George Sanders, Alderman Fourth 'lard. Retiring City Clerk, J.C.Massie then administered the Oath of office to S.Tribble,as Mayor. Alderman Pearson then moved that the Council adjourn Sine die.
